Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Treyza Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Treyza Digital provides WordPress website design, web hosting, website maintenance, SEO and Google Business Profile management, and domain management services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Respond to requests for content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials you provide to us (text, images, logos) do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide to you.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, domain management) are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom design and content created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and code libraries used in the creation of your website. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Hosting & Uptime

For clients using our hosting services, we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party service failures, or scheduled maintenance (for which we will provide reasonable advance notice).

7. Domain Management

For clients using our domain management services, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely domain renewals. However, we are not liable for domain expiration resulting from incorrect client contact information, payment failures, or registrar issues beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treyza Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with any files, credentials, and access necessary to transition your services. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain due and payable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
